We've completed our initial monitoring of production traffic and see no issues. We will continue to monitor our service and optimize our database performance, but we're happy to report that the upgrades went as planned. We are back online and processing requests - our end-to-end tests are passing and we're monitoring client requests to make sure things are operating normally. Things seem to be stable so far.

On December 30th from 4am to 5am EST, we will be doing necessary database version and capacity upgrades. These upgrades are all to provide a faster and more stable experience for our clients in the future. Our team has tested the process to ensure the most minimal impact on users, but an outage is unavoidable in this case. We will be working as quickly as possible to bring the service back up for you during this time.
