To improve the performance and scalability of Evaluations, Alloy will be performing critical database maintenance. This maintenance is only occurring on the multi-tenant US production database. Customers on single-tenant environments, UK region, or APAC region will not see any impact.
Maintenance Date: Saturday, March 16, 2024
Maintenance Duration: The maintenance is scheduled to start at 01:00 AM EDT and end at 04:00 AM EDT. Although the maintenance window is set for three hours, we anticipate completing the maintenance within 30 minutes.
Expected behavior: During this period, there will be no downtime in the Dashboard or API. However, during this time, you may experience increased latencies in the API resulting in longer response times.
