Alloy will be performing critical maintenance on the database. This maintenance is only occurring on the US production database. Customers on single tenant environments, UK region, or APAC region will not see any impact.
Maintenance Date: March 25, 2024 - April 25, 2024
Why are we doing this: To improve the performance, scaleability, and space optimizations of Evaluations, Alloy will be performing a critical database maintenance.
Expected behavior during the maintenance 1. During the maintenance period, some outcome data may not be available to view on the Evaluations dashboard for evaluations that have been created 6 months ago or longer. While the maintenance will take 1 month to complete, we expect the majority of outcome data to be viewable on the Evaluations dashboard by March 29. 2. Evaluations Summary, Journey Application Summary, and Application Queues are not impacted. Outcome totals on the Analytics Homepage will not be impacted. 3. No outcome data will be lost during this maintenance and will be accessible on the Evaluations dashboard once again after the maintenance completes.
Expected behavior after the maintenance Once the maintenance has been completed, all outcome data from all time will be visible in the Evaluations dashboard once again.
What should customers do during the maintenance 1. Agents can continue to view the returned outcome in the dashboard by navigating to the detailed summary view on the Evaluations Summary or Journey Application Summary. The raw response stored on the summary pages will return the outcome as well. 2. Using Alloy’s API, you can make a GET/evaluations request or GET/journeysApplication request. The returned API response will contain the outcome.
